Titanium Plate Pressure Type Conveyor Sandblasting Machine, Auto Blasting Machine

Main Components
This machine is mainly composed of sand blast cabinet, swing mechanism, blasting system, screw conveyor, elevator, vibrating screen, dust collector, fan, belt conveyor, electrical control system.
1. Sand Blast Cabinet
It is welded by thickness of 10mm steel plate with painting. In the feed and discharge port equip with protective and rubber to prevent dust from escaping. At the bottom of blast cabinet, there is a wire mesh to prevent the big particles or workpiece fall into the screw conveyor. There is air blast gun to blow off the sand and dust after blasted. The blasting machine is provided with an observation window, you can observe the entire process, deal with emergencies at any time.
2. Blast Tank
According to customer requirements, we only buy pressure vessels from the domestic well-known enterprises which has the production license, each tank is with a certificate, to facilitate customers can apply for pressure vessel safety permits.
The tank is set with the low level detector, provides a signal of abrasive volume. Meanwhile, it has inlet air valve and exhaust air valve, abrasive control valve which is at the bottom of hopper. By controlling these 3 valves, to achieve automatic air exhaust and control abrasive feeding to get the blasting work.
3. Elevator
Bucket elevator consists of cycloidal pin gear reducer, upper and lower pulley, conveyor belt, hopper, buckets and tightening device and etc.
Characteristic:
1. The housing is bending forming welding structure, equip with an inspection door at the side. It is convenient to maintain and replace the bucket. At the bottom, there are 2 inspection door mounted at the front and side of elevator, to maintain the lower transmission and eliminate the abrasive blocking.
2. When it is working, the bucket carry abrasives to the top port, and throw the shots into separator by centrifugal gravity.
4. Vibration Screen
The round vibration screen is a kind of high precision fine powder screening equipment. It has low noise, high efficiency and closed structure. It is suitable for screening and filtering of granule, powder, mucilage and other materials. It is a vertical type motor as vibration source, installed at both ends under eccentric weight, transform the rotary motion into a horizontal, vertical, inclined three sport, then this movement is transferred to the screen surface. By adjust the top and bottom phase angle, it can change the material trajectory on the surface of sieve.
5. Dust Removal System
Dust removal system includes cyclone and cartridge dust collector, fan and fan pipe, connection pipe between dust collector and main cabinet, etc.
6. Separator
Consists of separating zone, screw conveyor, hopper, abrasive gate and etc. The machine is equipped with advanced curtain shot-sand separator; using GF+DISA technical introduced from Swiss.
Working principle of separation:
The mixture is carried by elevator transported to screw conveyor in separator, to make them uniform distribution along the separator, and fall off to form a flow curtain by the force of gravity. Meanwhile, the dust is sort out by the fan of dust collector; big particles are carried to the discharge port. The shots will be separated out and carried into the hopper for recycle using. By adjusting baffle to control the gap size between vertical and horizontal plate, which can also improve height and trajectory, that can finally improve separation effect, the separation efficiency can be as high as 99%.
7. Electrical Control System
It is mainly composed of electric control box, frequency converter, contactor and thermal relay and etc.
The electric control system of the sand blasting machine adopts centralized control, which can realize automatic control (i.e. interlocking function), and also realize the individual control of each unit
In the control box, the wiring is neat, the line number is explicit, with security protection, meet the industry standard
Using well-known brands electrical components such as Schneider, to ensure that the electrical control system
