Introduction
Cartridge filter is a key component of dust removal part, its working conditions directly affect the indoor environment and outdoor emission standards. It is mainly composed of dust box, pulse system, dust bin, air duct, fan and other components.
The dust collector adopts the international popular Torit down flow type, the structure is consistent with the "international well-known expert of dust remove”Donaldson, can be equipped with the Donaldson cartridge, also can be equipped with domestic cartridge filter. With reasonable arrangement, vertical assemble, dust entry from bottom, exhaust from top and high pressure pulse-jet cleaning system; this structure is beneficial to the dust air absorbed onto cartridges, uniform distribution, but also conducive to dust fall off into bin instantly by the pulse-jet, reduce the possibility of second adsorption; the exhaust structure equip with fan directly, to enhance the stability of the equipment, and can save the pipeline joint.
The dust emissions meet the national environmental standards ≤80mg/m3, trap size > 5um, resistance< 400pa, with good air permeability, low resistance, low energy consumption and reliable performance. The overall structure is beautiful, refined, stable (external steel frame, at both sides equipped with access doors with sealing rubber), cartridge dis-assembly is very convenient, reduce labor intensity of physical strength, improve working conditions.
